One account brings your services, documents, progress and conversations together. This guide introduces the portal experience being prepared for students. KIA will announce access when the portal is ready.
Create your profile
Enter your personal details and contact information. KIA reviews your account; approval generates your unique student ID.
Choose your services
Request higher education guidance, language school admission, language classes or other training. Track multiple services separately within one account. Your destination can remain flexible while you explore options.
Prepare your documents
Use the application guides and downloadable résumé template. Submit documents for review. Updated files and profile changes return to pending review, with approved versions retained.
Follow your progress
View your service timeline, completed milestones and upcoming steps. Higher education, language school admission and language classes each follow their own process.
Plan with confidence
Your private account shows your agreed payment plan, recorded payments, balance and deadlines. KIA and institution charges are tracked separately. Class fees are normally paid once; KIA may approve up to four installments.
Stay connected
Send a message to KIA within your service record. View and download your uploaded contracts and legal PDFs. KIA manages these official documents for your reference.

Frequently asked questions
Who can view my account?
Your personal records are available to you, KIA administrators and staff assigned the relevant access permissions.
Can I use more than one service?
Yes. Separate service records keep each journey, document collection, conversation and payment plan organised.
What happens when I update a document?
The new version is submitted for KIA review. You can follow its review status while the previous approved version remains on record.
How is my student ID created?
KIA assigns the ID after account approval: KIA-YYMM followed by a four-digit monthly sequence. Existing imported IDs are preserved.
When will I receive updates?
KIA records progress and review decisions in your portal. Check your dashboard and message thread for the latest recorded updates.
Learn, practise and see your progress
Your learning workspace brings together class-test marks, mock-test results and a progress graph. Practise with random questions by lesson, selected lessons or the available whole-level written bank. Each student has 50 free self-practice opportunities; teacher-assigned tests are additional. Teachers can assign work individually, to a group or to an enrolled batch. KIA confirms batch membership and teaching access.
